The heart of Kings Gate is its 30,000 square foot resort-style recreation center. Here you will find your friends and neighbors filling their days with tennis, fitness, water aerobics, billiards, lawn bowling, bocce, bingo, shuffleboard and so much more!
Activities Coordinator
There is something for everyone at Kings Gate and our on-site Activites Coordinator is there to arrange it all. Check the monthly calendar for events like crafting, sewing, quilting, bridge, cribbage, Texas Holdem games, potlucks, dances, socials, excursions, chorus, red hats, book clubs, investment clubs, lectures and so much more!
Golf
The Kings Gate community welcomes golfers of all abilities, where your swing can improve with year-round tee times on our magnificent 18-hole executive course. For even lower scores, take advantage of our private and clinic golf lessons taught by our seasoned pro, or spend time on our practice putting green. We welcome carts and walking golfers, and offer men’s and women’s leagues, rental clubs, and tournaments. And of course, golfers and non-golfers alike enjoy the natural beauty of our picturesque lakes, natural preserves, and our beautifully landscaped community.
The Lion's Den
The Lion's Den is the perfect on-site venue to meet with your friends and neighbors for any number of weekly events like Karaoke or a quite night out with your significant other for a special Couples Dining evening. Sunday breakfast is just a short golf-cart ride away and the Lion's Den is the place to go after 18-holes.
The Pro-Shop
The pro-shop located inside the clubhouse is the place to be for all your golf needs. From shoes and apparel to cart and club rentals, the staff will be there to guide you. Don't forget to join a golf league or register for a tournament. Private and clinic golf lessons are available too.
